what are your top three book pet hates?

1. When they make the pages of a book so thin so even if the book is 700 pages long it looks like a 200 page book.

2. Really bad titles so when someone asks what I am reading I am embarrassed to repeat the title to them.

3. The stickers that Barnes and Noble or Target put on the covers of their books that are impossible to remove.

describe your perfect reading spot

When it is summer out I usually read on a couch we have outside on the porch and it is so peaceful and warm (I miss summer). And I get fresh air while doing an introverted activity!

tell us three book confessions

1. I buy collector’s editions of books I will never read just because I liked the book the first and only time I will read it and they are pretty.

2. If I don’t have a bookmark I will doggy ear a page because I don’t care about folding the pages.

3. I will sometimes levitate more to hyped books because I only hear about the popular books on Bookstagram. I really want to branch out though so if you have any unhyped books I would love to check them out.

when was the last time you cried during a book?

The last book I read was MAYBE SOMEDAY by Colleen Hoover and it was amazing and it made me cry so hard. It is really easy to make me cry while reading. I did a review on this book! Here’s the link: https://readingxpress.wixsite.com/blog/post/maybe-someday-by-colleen-hoover

how many books are on your bedside table?

I just have the book I am currently reading on my bedside table but I recently have run out of room on my bookshelf so i'm expecting books to start piling up. 

what is your favourite snack to eat while you’re reading?

I will eat literally anything when I am reading. I usually just drink water when I am reading but sometimes if I’m hungry, I will pick out a snack.

what is your biggest reading secret?

I don’t like John Green’s books… I read TURTLES ALL THE WAY DOWN and didn’t not like it but before that I did not like any of his other books. I think they are too basic. Sorry!!
